FROM THE MADE IN ITALY OWNERS

“Although we are only in the early days of our marketing campaign for Made In Italy, we are so grateful for the assistance of CPM with the launch of our newest location. CPM has done an exceptional job of listening to our needs as a client, and providing us with solutions that suits our brand. We are very glad to be working with them and are excited for what the future holds!”
”Owners Made In Italy"
For their previous launches, Made In Italy had hosted free pizza giveaways during a limited number of hours, which had hundreds of customers lining up at their store. With the impact of COVID-19 restrictions and community guidelines, CPM advised and formulated a COVID Safe plan in order to continue the giveaway in a way which adapted to the current climate so as not to breach any of the COVID restrictions that were in place.
CPM launched the event on social media through targeted Facebook Ads, social media posts including Instagram and Facebook content, external posters in the stores and flyers. In order to get their hands on a free pizza, customers had to register their information online, which was a fantastic marketing tactic to build up the client’s email database quickly for the local area. Clients could redeem their free pizza over a 3 day time frame, adhering to COVID guidelines and minimising any large crowds or gatherings. The giveaway was also promoted through a CPM PR sendout, which successfully featured on the Concrete Playground Website as well as their E-newsletter, with a database of over 100k readers, providing great exposure for our client. The PR sendout also featured on multiple smaller, independent online publications, creating a strong sense of brand awareness and virality.
CPM’s current work with Made in Italy only marks the beginning of their campaign. Moving forward, CPM will continue to help in achieving the clients goals of heightening brand awareness and profitability, adequately adhering to their needs. CPM has strategized a marketing plan for the future of Made in Italy, including targeted branding ads aimed at locals and surrounding suburbs, creative social media content, influencer marketing and online marketing.
