When La Bufala approached us, they were already an established fixture in Mascot—a go-to destination for authentic Italian cuisine for eight years but the owners felt they needed to increase exposure and grow sales, especially with headwinds in the Hospitality industry. The venue is large and had capacity to fill the space and other operations to add on
With the changing economic landscape, the three passionate partners behind the brand recognised it was time to level up their marketing efforts to keep their business thriving and not lose ground to all the new venues popping up around them.
From day one, their commitment was clear. They were eager to promote every part of their operations, including the restaurant, takeaway services, function offerings, and their buzzing food truck. We worked closely with them, becoming an extension of their team to provide a comprehensive marketing strategy designed for growth and to fight hard during the tough period for hospitality.
Over the past 12 months, CPM have managed their social media marketing, high-impact content creation, professional photo shoots, and targeted advertising campaigns and brought their campaigns to life online and got them onto the phones and social media feeds of their potential hungry customers!
Our focus has always been on ensuring their monthly specials and unique offerings capture attention and bring customers through the door.

This we did successfully. Midway through the campaign, the results spoke for themselves.
La Bufala began noticing a significant increase in online engagement and more importantly foot traffic and revenue!
By the end of the year, the numbers confirmed it—they had surpassed the previous year’s performance, a major win considering the tough climate that hospitality businesses were facing.
But the journey didn’t stop there. Inspired by the success of our collaboration, the three partners invited us to discuss future plans. Their vision?
To expand their Food empire with an exciting new burger takeaway concept in the area.
