As a dedicated hospitality marketing agency, CPM was founded in 2013 by the husband and wife team who wanted to bring professional marketing services to the small businesses in the hospitality industry, that couldn’t afford the prices of traditional marketing agencies. This was at the dawn of social media, and they saw platforms like Instagram and Facebook as tools that cafes, restaurants, and bars could use to get in front of their customers at a much more affordable way. They recognized how this could level the playing field between small and bigger players in the hospitality industry with larger budgets.
