When CPM started with XS Espresso, it was a small stand alone cafe with a few seats in
an industrial estate in Wetherill Park, servicing the local community.
Small as it was, it was run by a vision driven owner with BIG ideas. This is where CPM stepped in and
helped bring those ideas to life through an effective marketing strategy, and
created a reputable name amongst food fans for XS Espresso.
CPM has helped XS on its journey and since its humble start, growing it into a phenomenon bringing
people from all over Sydney to try their amazing creations. CPM has grown their Instagram following to over 37K,
utilise their connections with publications such as the Daily Telegraph, The Sydney Weekender,
Fairfield Advance, The Inner West Courier, and The Urban List to cover the café’s
creations and reputable influencers from all over Sydney to its locations.
All this was done through a targeted social media, influencer marketing and digital campaigns coupled with traditional marketing strategies to drive awareness and traffic to the store. Once the first store had built a great reputation, it was expanded to also cover dinners, a second larger restaurant and now its biggest creation is on its way! There are also plans to expand the chain through franchise now that the name has been built into a solid brand. 
XS Espresso has witnessed dramatic increases in revenue and is also
well on their way to franchising as a leading brand!
